Albertos cuisine is a team of aspiring culinary experts looking to expand in NYC’s massive food industry. The inital spark for perfection comes from Chef Alberto who comes from a small town in Puebla, Mexico where he discovered his passion for cooking when he was challenged with the task of providing for his brothers and sisters at the young age of 8. Once the chef migrated to New York City he soon realized the possibilities were endless in such a big city, which he deemed his only form of education as he then spent the past 24 years of his life working his way up from a bus boy to an exceptional chef. From there the Chef has teamed up with his son to create the perfect full luxury dining experience from the rich aromatic taste of Chef Alberto and his sons eye for design, its sure to leave a lasting impression.
